The amount of hair needed will vary based on your natural hair thickness.

Pricing
During your consultation, we’ll be completely upfront about the cost of your extensions. A deposit is required to place the order for your hair.
The price depends on the length and amount of hair you’ll need. After the consultation, we’ll work out the exact requirements and provide you with a personalised quote.
Quotes are provided in person only, so we can make sure everything is perfectly tailored to you — no phone or text quotes.

Colour Match
We always carry out your colour match in person during your consultation to ensure the most natural result. For the best quality and consistency, we only work with our trusted extension brand.
By using professional swatches, we can achieve an almost exact colour match, with only small adjustments sometimes needed, like soft root shadowing.
It’s also important to know that toning works best when taking warmer shades cooler, rather than trying to lift cooler tones lighter. This way, we can guarantee your extensions blend beautifully with your natural hair.

Home Care
We take the long-term health and appearance of your extensions seriously, which is why we recommend using only the professional home-care products we provide. These salon-quality products are included as part of your service package and are specially selected to keep your extensions soft, healthy, and looking their best.
Please note that if any products outside of what we provide are used, we cannot guarantee the results and will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur.

Tools
For the best results, we use professional tools and materials that are carefully chosen to match your natural hair. This includes selecting bead and thread colours that blend seamlessly with your roots, ensuring a flawless and discreet finish. Our stylists are equipped with everything needed – from professional-grade needles and beads to precision combs and clips – so your extensions not only look natural but also last longer.

Maintenance
We recommend clients return every 6–10 weeks for a Re-Lift, depending on how quickly their hair grows. We also ask that you brush your hair daily, braid it before bed, and use minimal heat—or always use a heat protectant when styling.
